FAQ

General

Q: Are you in stores?

We are focused on building the brand directly and delivering the best possible experience to our customers worldwide. As we continue to grow, we may explore select retail partnerships in the future.

Q: Do you make custom watches?

We do receive requests for custom watches. At this stage, we only accept custom watch orders for quantities of 50 units or more. If you are interested in a larger custom order, please contact us with your requirements and we will review the project with you.

Q: Can you name a watch after….?

We always appreciate hearing ideas and suggestions from our community. Blessington is a growing brand inspired by Australia’s wildlife, landscapes, people, and identity, and customer input is something we genuinely value. While we cannot promise a watch will be named after a specific person, place, or idea, we do take inspiration from the stories and feedback shared with us.

Q: Where are your watches made?

Blessington Watches is an Australian designed watch brand, created by brothers Tane and Tanner Blessington. Every collection is designed and creatively directed in Australia, with a deep focus on storytelling, detail, and craftsmanship. From the earliest concept through to final approval, each release is carefully shaped to reflect the quality, character, and design standard that define the Blessington name.

The movements, which are the heart of each watch, are sourced from respected manufacturers in Japan and Switzerland, depending on the collection. These partners are known for producing movements trusted across the global watch industry for their precision, durability, and long term reliability, allowing us to pair strong design with dependable performance.

Precision component machining, case production, and metal fabrication are carried out through advanced specialist manufacturing facilities in key watch production regions such as Japan, Hong Kong, and other leading global centres, depending on the collection. These facilities operate to the same high engineering expectations, production tolerances, and finishing standards expected across major international watch manufacturing.

Depending on the model, final assembly and quality control may be completed in Switzerland, Hong Kong, or Japan. Every watch undergoes a strict multi stage quality control process before release, which may include movement testing, water resistance verification, alignment checks, finishing review, and full cosmetic inspection. This process is designed to ensure each piece meets a high standard of accuracy, consistency, durability, and presentation.

Our approach to production is built around one clear objective, to create watches that meet the highest level of quality and finish expected from a premium modern watch brand. From materials and movement selection through to final inspection, each stage is guided by a commitment to quality, performance, and lasting reliability.

While our manufacturing network is international, the brand remains firmly Australian in its creative direction and identity. From design and storytelling to collection development and brand vision, every Blessington watch is created with a strong emphasis on Australian design, detail, and craftsmanship.

As many of our customers already know from owning a Blessington watch, our focus is not only on how a watch looks, but on how it feels, performs, and holds up over time. That commitment to quality is built into every collection we release.

Full details about materials, movements, and specifications can be found on each individual watch page.

Q: What methods of payment do you accept?
We offer a range of secure payment options for your convenience. These may include major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment methods shown at checkout, depending on your location and device. All available payment options will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Q: Why was my payment processed to Hong Kong?
Some customers may notice that their payment appears as being processed to or from Hong Kong. This is because some of our payment gateways are registered through our Hong Kong entity, [Blessington Ecommerce Limited], which supports our international ecommerce operations and payment processing. Even if your statement shows a Hong Kong processing reference, your order is still being placed with Blessington Watches and handled through our official business operations. This does not affect the authenticity of your order. If you have any questions about a payment reference on your bank statement, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
